Socialization and Mask Project
The object of this project was to teach us about socialization: our personal socialiazation and how socialization affects us as a community. We were required to write an essay that gave an example of how we have been socialized. I chose to write about an experience I had this past summer while working in Nakek Alaska. For the second part of this project we designed and created masks inteneded represent how we have been socialized and how we feel we are viewed by our peers. I desinged my mask to represent how I have been raised with access to technology (it actually lit up) and my known interest in electronics.
